Terms & Conditions

  • We know that jewellery is highly sentimental and so we always take the utmost care with our work. However, we cannot be held liable for: 

    • Stones with internal weaknesses that may be damaged during the repair process.

    • Damage to incorrectly hallmarked or un-hallmarked metals.

  • Lead times vary by item. Many repairs are unique, and this may affect turnaround time. During busy periods, such as Christmas, lead times may be longer than usual. Under some circumstances we may have reduced capacity to take on repairs. We will always do our best to notify you if there is a delay in repairing your jewellery.

  • Any high value items must be accompanied by a valuation certificate for insurance purposes.

  • We will provide an estimated quote for each repair. Unforeseen circumstances may affect the final cost. We will keep you fully informed of any changes related to your quote. 

  • We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our services and products. Please review our policies below.

  • Returns: We will accept returns if notified within 14 days of purchase, provided packaging is undamaged and jewellery is unworn and in its original condition.

    Exchanges: Between 14 and 28 days (from date of purchase) we can only offer exchanges, provided packaging is undamaged and jewellery is unworn and in its original condition.

    Exclusions: No refunds or exchanges can be offered for pieces that have been altered, resized or personalised (e.g. engraved).

  • Repairs cannot be returned or refunded.

    If a repair fails within one week of its completion, we will re-repair it at no additional cost.

    Repaired items that are damaged more than one week after their repair will incur a cost. However, if a repair does fail, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will endeavour to reach a solution.

  • Remodelled pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

    Some adjustments are included as part of the remodelling service and will not incur any additional charges. These include:

    Ring remodels: One ring resize is included.

    Bangle remodels: One bangle resize is included.

    Chain remodels: One chain shortening is included. Chain lengthening will incur an additional charge (because of material costs).

  • Gift cards can be redeemed for any service or product offered within the atelier.

    Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Items made during workshops cannot be returned or refunded.

    Any ring or bangle resized following a workshops will be charged for.

    Workshop bookings require a deposit to secure the space and date. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Custom-made and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

    The design fee taken at the beginning of a high-value commission is non-refundable.

    The deposit taken for each commission is non-refundable.
