At Nicola Bannister Fine Jewellery Atelier, all jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring secure delivery before 1 PM the next day. If you order on a Friday, your package will arrive on the following Monday. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where you will be available to receive your jewellery.

You may also collect your jewellery directly from our atelier by arranging a suitable time in advance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Signs of wear or damage on the jewellery and oackaging may result in a refusal of the return.
We cannot accept returns on bespoke or made-to-order items. If there is a fault, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Upon inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method or issue a credit note if you prefer not to receive a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a piece of jewellery from the atelier but wish to exchange it for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item you wish to swap must be unworn and in its original condition, with no signs of damage.
